SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS
Please follow the instructions below. Do not click on the 'submit' button until you have completed the process. You will not be able to edit your abstract after submission.
After submission you will receive an “Abstract Submission Registration Code” indicating that your abstract has successfully been submitted. Please do not submit multiple copies of the same abstract.
Please note: All fields marked (*) are mandatory
- Section 1: Presenting Author's Contact Details
Please ensure that the email address is entered correctly to enable us to correspond with you regarding your abstract. Information regarding acceptance, and scheduling will be e-mailed to the e-mail address listed on the abstract submission form.
- Section 2: Presentation Type
- Section 3: Affiliations
Please enter the affiliations (department; institution / hospital; city; state (where relevant); country) of all authors. Please number the affiliations in order to refer to them in Section 4 below.
Note: if all the authors have the same affiliation please enter this only once and number it as '1'.
- Section 4: Authors
Please list the authors of the paper with the presenting author listed first and all co-authors in the order in which they should appear in the publication. In the Affiliation Index field please select the number corresponding to the appropriate affiliation entered above.
- Section 5: Abstract Title
Title must be in UPPER CASE.
- Section 6: Abstract Body
Do not include material already entered (i.e. authors' names, abstract title).
